Refund Policy

The £4.99 purchase provides digital access to 35 London area day guides and 13 planning tools. It is a one-time payment, not a subscription, has no automatic renewal, and access has no scheduled expiry.

During checkout, you are asked to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is lost once access to the digital content begins. We do not offer an additional voluntary change-of-mind refund after immediate access has begun.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Please contact us if access was not supplied, the digital content is faulty or materially not as described, you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or a refund is otherwise required by law.

For an access or payment problem, email us with the email address used for PayPal and the PayPal transaction reference. Do not send card or bank-account details.
